Thanksgiving is still a week or so away, but already the holiday promotional displays are going up in
the stores around my neighborhood, as I’m sure they are yours. It seems that the holiday marketing campaigns start
earlier and earlier each year. And while it’s fun to stroll the malls and do a little window-shopping for the
