The Collision Industry Conference (CIC) has voted to adopt a set of recommendations for improving
insurer-repairer relations. The "Beneficial and Productive Repairer-Insurer Relationships" document
was drafted by the CIC Insurer-Repairer Relations Committee, and voted on during the CIC conference in Las Vegas in
November.
