The collision repair industry continues to shrink, according to data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor
Statistics (BLS). The most recent information from the BLS Current Employment Statistics (CES) Survey program shows
that total industry employment has generally been declining while average hours worked have been stagnant, and
average hourly earnings for production employees have declined slightly during the economic downturn.
