Maryland body shop owner testifies at police kickback trial

Collision repair shop owner Alex Moreno, owner of Majestic Auto Repair in Rosedale, Md., testified
Feb. 14 in federal court that more than 60 police officers guided work to his shop, getting $300 for each
referral.
