Lehman’s Garage, in cooperation with Hennepin Technical College (HTC), orchestrated a vehicle rebuild
and donation for the Minneapolis Police Department’s Bait Vehicle Program. The program discourages vehicle theft by
placing "bait" vehicles throughout the city that are specially equipped with GPS, hidden video
cameras, microphones, and the ability for the police to be alerted and take control of the vehicle once
taken.
