Matt Kenseth took full advantage of the horsepower in his Roush Yates FR9 engine to take the checkered
flag in the early morning on Feb. 28, in the first ever nighttime running of the famed Daytona 500 at Daytona
International Speedway. Kenseth’s win granted Roush Fenway Racing its 300th all-time victory during the kick-off of
the organization’s 25th anniversary of racing.
