The Swedish automaker Saab recently announced that its production will not resume on August 9 as
planned and will be postponed to August 29 due to lack of capital. Saab signed a final agreement with Chinese
companies Pang Da and Youngman in early July of this year to establish a joint venture, in which Youngman took 45%
of the shares, Saab 45% and Pang Da 10%, to produce vehicles under the Saab as well as under their respective
proprietary brands.
